Today it was the usual, two laps warm up on the track. agilities and stretching. then Paxton gave me, Karlee, Kensie and Tyler our workouts and only stayed for the first set. I was to do 2x (1000, 3x 400) i ran a 3:09, 73, 69, 69, 3:07, 69, 69, 68. then did a 15 minute cool down, it was a pretty tough workout mostly from the wind on the back stretch! i had to give it my all on the last 400 to hit that 68! i usually hit 67-68 but today was kinda slow =/ I'm totally pumped for State this Friday and Saturday!! i feel ready!! |
