Today was the usual, Warm up 2 laps, agilities then some static stretching, i don't think i've said this enough or too little but i think it's pretty stupid to warm up with the whole team agilities and static when Distance is going to be doing a long or short easy run! we did a 30 minute run today and yet we still had to do all the warm ups! it doesn't do anything for me! Run felt pretty good, but my legs weren't too happy about wearing old shoes cause i forgot my new ones at home, cause they were soaked when i woke up cause i forgot to dry them last night :( I'm running the 1600m tomorrow!!! I'm ranked 9th in both the 16 and 32!! it'll be a fight to take top 5 but i know i can do it!! =D soooooo excited!!! State here i come!!! =D |
