I woke up this morning and had a few text messages from Susannah, Jace and Stephen, Jace was wondering what the workout was and i knew what Stephen's said before i opened it, because i was going to ask him if he'd done the work out yet too. Anyways, i went up to his house in North Fork Park, and because there was too much snow on the dirt road we decided to run up to Camp Utaba is, we had a 1 mile warm up down hill. Then the fun was about to begin. We were giving a workout by our coach to do today, because we're still on spring break. we did 4 x 2 minutes hard with 1 minute rest, then 6 x 1minute hard with 30 second rest, and finally; 8 x 30 seconds hard with 30 seconds rest. I decided that if we did the workout up hill we'd get a better cardio and muscle workout so we went up towards Camp Utaba. I felt really good during the run, i was getting tired and sore going up the hill, but my hamstring was feeling great!! and there was no inside shin pain thanks to my Brooks Green Silence! :D love them! i could feel something at the bottom of my shin muscle which went away because of the amount of shin muscle i've aquired over the years! :P the workout went great had little down hill on the 30 seconds hard but the whole thing was up hill, we covered about 3 1/2 miles with the whole workout and had a wonderful and beautiful cool down back to Stephens house which was about a 3 miles! i love the valley in the spring it makes early morning runs sooo much fun! i hope the weather cooperates throughout the following week, i really want to run a 4:34 at the Grizzly invite!

Welcome to the blog. Question. If you love your Brooks Green Silence so much, why don't you marry them? Would your shorty shorts be jealous? ;)
